Welcome to drmentor. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the drmentor marketplace platform (the "Platform"), which connects individuals seeking mentorship ("Mentees" or "Students") with medical professionals providing mentorship ("Mentors").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

The information and mentorship provided through drmentor is for educational and career guidance purposes only. It does NOT constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Mentees must not rely on Mentors for clinical decisions regarding patients.
EMERGENCY SERVICES
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately. The Platform is not intended for use in medical emergencies.
3. Revenue Split
drmentor operates on a transparent revenue-sharing model to sustain the platform while rewarding Mentors.

Users are strictly prohibited from soliciting or arranging mentorship sessions outside the drmentor Platform to bypass fees. Violation will result in immediate account termination.

Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of drmentor in cases of Mentor no-shows or significant technical failures verified by platform logs.
