Welcome to drmentor. By accessing our platform, you are entering into a professional relationship focused on medical and healthcare education. This agreement defines your role, responsibilities, and the rules of engagement designed to ensure a safe, productive, and respectful environment.

Professionalism
Students must treat all mentors and peers with the highest degree of respect. Communication should remain academic and professional at all times.
Punctuality
Scheduled sessions are non-negotiable windows. Arriving late or failing to attend disrupts the mentor's schedule and impacts platform efficiency.
Profile Integrity
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding your current academic status and credentials. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate termination.

70/30 Revenue Split
drmentor utilizes a split logic where the Mentor receives 70% of the session fee and the Platform retains 30% for operational costs and maintenance.
Full Payment Requirement
Students are required to pay the full displayed amount at the time of booking. Credits and partial payments are only applicable via official platform vouchers.
No-Show Penalty
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session or failure to attend will result in 100% forfeiture of the session fee.
gavel Conduct Standards & Prohibitions
CRITICAL CLAUSE: Prohibition on Off-Platform Dealing
To maintain the security and integrity of our ecosystem, students are strictly prohibited from bypassing drmentor for payments or scheduling. Any attempt to "go direct" with a mentor will result in an immediate permanent ban from the platform and potential legal recovery of lost fees.
Recording Prohibitions
Recording sessions via third-party software or platform features without explicit written consent from the mentor is illegal and prohibited.
Harassment Zero-Tolerance
Bullying, sexual harassment, or inappropriate conduct will be reported to the appropriate legal authorities and your respective academic institution.
Medical & Educational Disclaimer
Mentorship provided via drmentor is strictly for educational and informational purposes. It does NOT constitute medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Students must not use information gained here to replace formal clinical training or professional medical judgment.
Intellectual Property
Personal Usage
Students retain ownership of their personal notes and learning diaries created during sessions.
Platform Materials
Any curriculum, slides, or resources shared by the Mentor or Platform remain the property of the respective owners.
