2Verification & Credentials

Mentors must provide accurate, verifiable documentation regarding their medical qualifications, degrees, and active licenses. Misrepresentation of credentials constitutes a material breach of this agreement.

3Professional Conduct

As representatives of the medical profession, mentors are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism during all interactions on the platform.

Mentors must initiate sessions within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time. Repeated tardiness may result in account review.

All communications must remain respectful, constructive, and strictly related to professional mentoring and guidance.

4Off-Platform Policy

CRITICAL CLAUSE

warning Strict Prohibition

Mentors are strictly prohibited from soliciting or accepting payments outside the drmentor platform for services originating through the platform. Attempting to bypass the platform's payment infrastructure will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending balances.

Funds are held securely in escrow until the successful completion of a session is verified by both parties.

6Tax Obligations

Mentors operate as independent contractors on the drmentor platform. As such, mentors are solely responsible for calculating, reporting, and remitting all applicable taxes, including but not limited to Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST), or Value Added Tax (VAT), to the appropriate regulatory authorities in their jurisdiction.

7Termination

drmentor reserves the right to suspend or terminate a mentor's account under the following conditions:

closeFalsification of medical credentials.
closeConsistent negative feedback indicating unprofessional conduct.
